Message from the Head of Mining Engineering Department

The Mining Engineering Department, as one of the scientific and specialized departments of the university, has always taken steps toward enhancing education, applied research, and effective interaction with industry. By utilizing competent faculty members, talented students, and suitable educational and research infrastructure, this department strives to play an impactful role in training specialized human resources and the scientific development of the country.

Focusing on education based on contemporary needs, strengthening problem-oriented research, developing interdisciplinary activities, and maintaining continuous communication with the mining and natural resources industry are among the main priorities of the Mining Engineering Department. In this regard, efforts have been made to provide a dynamic, scientific, and ethics-driven environment for the academic and professional growth of students.
