In his opening remarks, Dr. Abdolmaleki commemorated the legacy of Imam Khomeini (may God be pleased with him), the martyrs, and veterans, and extended wishes for the health and long life of the Supreme Leader, Imam Khamenei (may his supreme authority endure). He elaborated on the sagacious leadership of Imam Khomeini during the eight-year Sacred Defense and that of Imam Khamenei, highlighting the unparalleled bravery of the combatants, the national solidarity, and the profound culture of sacrifice and martyrdom. He also underscored the importance of the "Jihad of Clarification" and the upcoming National Congress for the 5,536 Martyrs of Kurdistan Province.

"It is our solemn duty today to proudly and authoritatively walk the path of honor, dignity, and nobility that the martyrs and veterans have guided us toward," stated Dr. Abdolmaleki. He identified identity-centricity, self-esteem, empowerment, and self-belief as prerequisites for this mission. He further noted that the Isar Scientific-Cultural Center is designed to foster these values through the participatory management of witness and veteran students, thereby crystallizing their collective identity.

Concluding his address, Dr. Abdolmaleki praised the outstanding achievements of these students, stating, "The remarkable success of our esteemed witness and veteran students in academic, research, and cultural fields at the university, regional, and national levels has secured a distinguished and elevated status for them. These accomplishments, substantiated by official records and documents, serve as a testament to their profound self-belief and capabilities."
